The project aims to establish reliable communication between AVs and shore authorities, improve mission planning, and address the limitations of underwater communication through the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) as communication gateways for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs).
