The Bela I/O shield is design for the Bela platform (bela.io), with the following features:

• 12 comparator inputs with adjustable threshold and hysteresis.
• 4 digital outputs, with high current push-pull output stage.
• Isolated UART to USB converter, for galvanically isolated data communication with a laptop.

The shield is design with real-time audio processing for hyperscanning experiments in mind.
